Zakres obowiązków obejmuje zarządzanie zmianą, budżetem i interesariuszami, definiowanie procesów AS IS i TO BE oraz dopilnowanie zgodności z IT, a także wsparcie transformacji biznesu i operacji BAU. Profil wymaga silnych zdolności analitycznych, znajomości CRM/ERP, doświadczenia w środowisku

Qualifications

• Wymagane kwalifikacje IT, np. BSc w dziedzinie IT.
• Wiedza z zakresu CRM i/lub ERP.

Praca na stanowisku Project Manager / Business Analyst

Project Manager / Business Analyst

Project Manager core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Change Management and responsibility for the Change Advisory Board
• Project Management of change that is deemed large enough to initiate aproject:
  • Project Charter
  • Budgetary management (approval, tracking, capex etc)
  • Project plan (if applicable)
  • Metrics/SLAs
  • Stakeholder management
  • End of project reporting / Lessons Learned
• Management of ‘small change’ i.e. not large enough to be deemed a project

Business Analysis

• Understand and document existing ‘AS IS’ process
• Define the ‘TO BE’

The role requires technical acumen, a high level of business analysis, a deep
understanding of the business, customer facing skills and will have significant input
into future strategic decisions advising the Divisional Head of IT.

The role requires adherence to the IT Manual and ensure its enforcement
and compliance where applicable – notably Project Management, Change Control
and User access management.

Note – this is a broad role and the purpose above is indicative as opposed to
prescriptive.

Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience:

• An appropriate IT qualification e.g. BSc in ITrelated field
• CRM and/or ERP knowledge
• Project Management
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
