Job summary

Headcount Solutions Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Project Manager with strong business analysis, IT acumen and customer-facing skills.

The role involves governing changes, coordinating the Change Advisory Board and leading projects where needed. You will contribute to strategic IT decisions with the Divisional Head of IT and ensure adherence to IT policies. The successful candidate will work in an international environment, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with change

Qualifications

• It qualification (e.g., BSc in IT) or related field.
• CRM and/or ERP knowledge.
• Project Management expertise with proven delivery.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage change processes and coordinate Change Advisory Board activities.
• Lead project management for initiatives requiring formal projects: charter, budget, plan.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and capex.
• Create project plans and track SLAs/metrics.
• Stakeholder management across the organisation.
• Deliver end-of-project reporting and lessons learned.
• Oversee small changes not classified as full projects.
• Ensure compliance with IT Manual, Change Control and user access management.

Project Manager core responsibilities

• Change Management and responsibility for the Change Advisory Board


• Project Management of change that is deemed large enough to initiate a project:


• Project Charter


• Budgetary management (approval, tracking, capex etc)


• Project plan (if applicable)


• Metrics/SLAs


• Stakeholder management


• End of project reporting / Lessons Learned


• Management of ‘small change’ i.e. not large enough to be deemed a project

The role requires technical acumen, a high level of business analysis, a deep understanding of the business, customer facing skills and will have significant input into future strategic decisions advising the Divisional Head of IT.

The role requires adherence to the group IT Manual and ensure its enforcement and compliance where applicable – notably Project Management, Change Control and User access management.

Note – this is a broad role and the purpose above is indicative as opposed to prescriptive.

Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience
