Job summary

Betacom ищет старшего менеджера проекта для руководства IT-проектами на стороне поставщика. Требуется глубоко погружаться в бизнес-цели клиента, управлять сложным портфелем заинтересованных лиц и строить эффективные кросс-функциональные команды.

Кандидат должен иметь опыт применения методологий Waterfall, владение Jira, BPMN и Miro, а также сертификаты AgilePM/PRINCE2/PMP. Английский не ниже B2 и готовность к гибким условиям работы.

Qualifications

• Опыт руководства IT-проектами на стороне вендора не менее 10 лет.
• Опыт работы по водопаду (Waterfall) в управлении проектами.
• Умение работать с техническими и бизнес- командами заказчика.
• Опыт использования Jira; знание BPMN и Miro.
• Наличие сертификатов PM: AgilePM, PRINCE2, PMP или эквивалент.
• Уровень английского не ниже B2.

Описание: Hi, We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Задачи

• Strategically plan projects and project programs – define business objectives, scope, schedules, budgets, delivery models and key project success indicators based on client needs, organizational priorities and expected business outcomes.
• Manage a complex stakeholder portfolio – build and maintain partner relationships with clients, sponsors and key stakeholders, actively manage expectations and support clients in achieving their business objectives.
• Lead project and cross-functional teams – coordinate the work of multidisciplinary project teams, mentor project managers and support the development of team members' skills to increase the efficiency and quality of their work.
• Manage the strategic scope of projects – oversee the delivery of highly complex projects, identify business and technological dependencies, make decisions about scope changes and assess their impact on achieving client and organizational objectives.
• Manage project budgets and profitability – ensure effective management of project budgets, profitability control and financial forecasting, and initiate optimization measures to deliver the planned business results.
• Manage organizational change and transformation – support clients and the organization through business and technological change by communicating effectively, planning for adaptation and ensuring the expected outcomes of transformation are achieved.
• Manage quality and client satisfaction – ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements and organizational standards, actively monitor client satisfaction and take steps to strengthen the relationship.

Требования

• You have at least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects on the vendor side.
• You have experience managing IT projects using the waterfall methodology.
• You can work effectively with both technical teams and the client's business teams to identify client needs, initiate discussions about improvements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• You have experience using project management tools such as Jira; you know tools and notations that support process analysis, such as BPMN and Miro.
• You hold project management certifications such as AgilePM, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent.
• You know English at a minimum B2 level.

• You have experience in projects delivered using Intelligent Automation technologies;
• You know the specifics of implementations involving RPA, workflow, OCR, IDP, process mining or related areas;
• You have experience analyzing and optimizing business processes;You have a background in process management, Lean or Continuous Improvement
