Job summary

Reality Games Polska S.A. in Kraków seeks an experienced project manager to lead a development team for a mobile game with 3M+ downloads. You will plan, deliver, and communicate progress, ensuring roadmap milestones are met within budget and quality expectations.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong governance, and a track record of delivering complex software projects on time, with the ability to align stakeholders and motivate the team.

Qualifications

• Real experience in managing technical projects (apps & games).
• Real experience managing technical people through complex development.
• Proven ability to close projects on time.
• Strong convictions on where product should go next.
• Ability to listen and understand differing opinions from direct reports, colleagues, manager and senior management.
• Ability to change your mind when presented with new information.
• Strong hunger to drive product forward with pace and purpose.
• Being able to take responsibility for your team and your decisions.

To plan and lead a team of developers for an established mobile game that has generated over 3M+ downloads world-wide. You will be delivering high-quality projects, in-line with product roadmap milestones and within product budget. You will be tracking project progress and clearly communicating said progress within your team and to stakeholders. You will be agile in your problem solving and steadfast in your resolve to get things done.
