We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to serve as a Delivery Manager within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the patience and skill to conduct thorough internet data research, ask insightful questions, and have a basic understanding of 3D capabilities (not a critical requirement). Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello is highly desirable.

It's a full-time position located in our office in Cracow, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the activities of our project management team, including outsourced partners, a part-time Quality Assurance Specialist, a part-time Web Developer, and graphic designers.
• Utilize advanced data analytics to inform decision-making and project direction, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
• Conduct in-depth internet research to gather and evaluate data, leveraging this information to support project outcomes and objectives.
• Engage in proactive communication and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and progress toward project goals.
• Assess and adapt project management strategies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to enhance team coordination and project tracking.
