Reply Polska Sp. z o.o. in Katowice is seeking a versatile professional to manage projects, maintain key client relationships, and drive customer success. The role focuses on handling delivery milestones, account growth opportunities, and ensuring customers extract maximum value from solutions.

You will analyze business processes, support quotations and renewals, and uphold data quality across CRM and order systems, collaborating with a distributed team in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technology-related subject.
• Three+ years in project management, account management, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent English and Polish communication.
• Able to learn new tools quickly.
• Detail-oriented, organized and proactive.
• Able to own a workstream with limited supervision and to work effectively in a distributed team.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per week.

• Analysing and documenting how the business runs across commercial and delivery activity, and recommending improvements
• Supporting the commercial cycle, including quotations, renewals analysis, and customer retention reporting
• Owning data quality across our core business systems, including CRM records, deal pipeline, and internal order management
• Producing regular management reporting on commercial performance and customer health, and interpreting what the numbers show

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in a technology related subject, such as computer science, information systems, software engineering, or similar.
• Three or more years experience in a project management, account management, or business analysis role.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data and drawing practical conclusions from it.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Polish communication skills.
• Confident working across business systems and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, well organised and proactive.
• Able to own a workstream with limited supervision, and to work effectively as part of a distributed team.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per week.
