Metlen, a leader in power technologies, is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join our M Power Projects division in Turek, Poland. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical construction within EPC power plant or large-scale energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and oversee all electrical construction activities on site, ensuring alignment with project specs, timelines, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective execution and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Track construction progress, prepare detailed reports, and ensure timely and accurate progress measurement and invoicing.
• Drive constructability reviews and optimize installation methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with applicable codes, standards, and QA/QC requirements, maintaining safety and quality on site.
• Act as the key point of contact for electrical construction matters, liaising with engineering, commissioning, project management, and client representatives.

• Constructability & Execution Strategy:
• Drive constructability reviews and optimize installation methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with applicable codes, standards, and project QA/QC requirements, maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality on site.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Act as the key point of contact for electrical construction matters, liaising with engineering, commissioning, project management, and client representatives.

What you bring to the role

• :Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• .10+ years of experience in electrical construction within EPC power plant or large-scale energy projects (e.g. CCGT, OCGT, substations, HV systems)
• .Proven experience in managing site teams and subcontractors in complex construction environments
• .Strong knowledge of contract management, budgeting, cost control, and reporting
• .Solid understanding of electrical systems installation, constructability, and site execution best practices
• .Familiarity with QA/QC standards, HSE regulations, and international codes
• .Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
