Job summary

Sungrow - EMEA is seeking a Plant Electrical Project Engineer to lead electrical engineering activities for factory construction, expansion and modernization projects.

You will coordinate planning, design and implementation of electrical systems, review drawings and specs, and supervise on-site installation with a focus on quality, schedule and safety. Strong communication and project-management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Systems, Automation or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering/project management in industrial plants, manufacturing facilities or large-scale buildings.
• Good knowledge of MV/LV electrical distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, UPS and related equipment.
• Experience with 10 kV or higher voltage systems is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation standards and applicable Polish regulations.
• Ability to read and review electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience in managing contractors and coordinating multi-disciplinary construction activities.
• Good command of English (B2 or above); Polish is an advantage.
