Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Project Engineer Team Leader to guide a team of engineers, oversee project execution, and ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, manage timelines, report progress to senior management, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic energy and engineering environment in Poland.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related disciplines).
• 7+ years of experience in the industry with a strong background in project management.
• Proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Mandatory: Polish Building License (uprawnienia budowlane) and SEP Electrical License.
