CloudFerro Sp. z o.o. seeks a Project Finance Specialist to manage end-to-end financial coordination for R&D projects. You will prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, HR and Procurement to drive accurate, timely project delivery. A university degree and 2+ years in project financial management are required, with strong English and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• University degree required; 2+ years in project administration, coordination, or financial management (R&D or grants preferred).
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting and cost control is essential.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end administration and financial coordination of R&D projects, incl. documentation, reports and forecasts.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, ensure compliance with contracts and grant requirements, prepare analyses.
• Coordinate procurement processes in line with project and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on planning, tracking and controlling execution.
• Work with Finance, Accounting and HR to ensure timely project delivery and reporting.
• Coordinate settlements with partners, subcontractors and suppliers; oversee documentation flow.
• Prepare documentation for audits and inspections and support audit processes.
• Contribute to budgeting and financial planning activities.

Due to our dynamic development, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as a:

Project Finance Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end administration and financial coordination of R&D projects, including preparation of documentation, reports, and financial forecasts.
• Monitoring project budgets, controlling costs, ensuring compliance with contractual and grant requirements, and preparing financial analyses.
• Coordinating procurement processes in line with project and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with Project Managers on planning, tracking, and controlling project execution.
• Working closely with Finance, Accounting, and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery and reporting.
• Coordinating settlements with partners, subcontractors, and suppliers, and overseeing project documentation flow.
• Preparing documentation for audits and inspections and supporting audit processes.
• Contributing to project budgeting and supporting financial planning and analysis activities.

What we are looking for:

• University degree (higher education).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or financial management (preferably in R&D or grant-funded projects).
• Understanding of R&D project frameworks and grant-funded programme environments.
• Practical experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain high attention to detail and responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week from the Warsaw office).
• Experience in publicly funded projects is an advantage.
