Job summary

MindPal Sp. z o. o. is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead the operational and technical delivery strategy for Digital Technology Diagnostics (RDT DIA) within Microsoft-based migrations.

You will align MOVE RDT DIA Business Partners across sub-domains, manage complex dependencies, and communicate operational risks to senior steering committees while ensuring business continuity through coordinated deployment with central technology and migration leads. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Project/Program Management, Change Management, or IT Business Partnering.
• Experience in a complex, global matrix organization.
• Proven experience with large-scale enterprise software or digital workplace migrations (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical topics into business language.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Guide the DIA Business Partner Network by leading alignment of MOVE RDT DIA Business Partners across all sub-domains to meet shared transition targets.
• Manage dependencies and trade-offs by evaluating legacy workflows, dashboards, and shared sites to decide cohort migration timing.
• Synthesize operational risks into clear business impacts and choices for senior steering committees.
• Protect business continuity by coordinating deployment with central tech and migration leads to reduce downtime.

Lead the operational and technical delivery strategy for Digital Technology Diagnostics (RDT DIA), ensuring the organization’s migration to Microsoft runs smoothly without impacting business operations or deliverables. Align MOVE RDT DIA Business Partners across sub-domains, manage complex dependencies to set migration timing, and communicate operational risks to senior steering committees. Coordinate deployment work with central technology and migration leads to protect business continuity.

• Protect business continuity by working with central tech and migration leads to deploy software smoothly and eliminate business downtime

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, Change Management, or IT Business Partnering
• Experience working in a complex, global matrix organization
• Proven experience with large-scale enterprise software or digital workplace migrations, ideally involving Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar cloud productivity platforms
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing complex project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Ability to work effectively with both senior business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as monday.com or similar
• Strong understanding of change management and business continuity in technology transformation projects
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical topics into clear business language
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
