Job summary

Element in Kraków is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead initiatives from scope through budget and schedule, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery.

You will identify risks, manage dependencies, and maintain comprehensive documentation while communicating progress to leadership and clients. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, team development, and alignment with business objectives in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, especially in IT or technology-related projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, project management, engineering, or associated studies.
• Excellent knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile PM, Scrum, PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI).
• Solid understanding of technologies and challenges related to delivering creative IT projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and manage risk in IT projects.
• Proactive risk mitigation and change handling.
• Efficient planning and organization of project actions.
• Capable of quick and accurate decisions in a dynamic project environment.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Defining, planning, and managing the project’s goals, scope, schedule, and budget in cooperation with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Managing project risks, problems, dependencies, and changes while working closely with stakeholders, team members, and other people involved
• Creating and updating project documentation, reporting on project progress, status, and results to stakeholders
• Effective, transparent communication with stakeholders and project teams
• Cooperating with development teams on identifying and solving mutual dependencies and issues which might appear during the project
• Adjusting objectives and project results to business objectives and strategies, and ensuring that they will address market needs and client expectations
• Implementing innovative and creative ideas, approaches, and technologies to increase results, efficiency, and project effectiveness
• Supporting the professional development of team members
• Creating a positive team culture to support cooperation, respect, and trust
• Ensuring that the project delivers value for the clients and business, through measuring and tracking KPI and project efficiency metrics

You’re perfect match for the role if you:

• Have excellent knowledge of various methodologies (both agile and classical) of managing projects and initiatives (e.g. Agile PM, Scrum, PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI)
• Have a solid understanding of technologies and challenges related to completing creative IT projects
• Have excellent communication skills
• Can identify, analyze, and manage risk in IT projects
• Can proactively take preventative measures and react to changes in the project
• Can efficiently plan and organize project actions
• Can make quick and accurate decisions in a dynamic project environment
• Use English at least at a B2 level
