ITConnect prowadzi poszukiwane stanowisko lidera transformacji ERP o zasięgu globalnym, odpowiedzialnego za end-to-end migracje i wdrożenia. Rola obejmuje zarządzanie programem, governance, budżety i relacje z kluczowymi interesariuszami w wielu państwach.

Specjalista będzie kierował migracją z Microsoft Dynamics NAV do Business Central, koordynował rollout w 20+ krajach oraz zapewniał skuteczną komunikację na szczeblu ekskutive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ lat doświadczenia w prowadzeniu dużych programów transformacyjnych IT.
• Doświadczenie w globalnych implementacjach ERP, migracjach i transformacjach platform.
• Silne nastawienie na governance, komunikację na poziomie kierownictwa.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global ERP transformation, mobilisation to closure.
• Govern migration from NAV to Business Central and coordinate rollout across 20+ countries.
• Establish and manage programme governance, reporting structures and escalation paths.
• Own scope, roadmap, milestones, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality.
• Engage and align senior executives, country leaders, Finance, Technology, Operations, and sponsors.
• Coordinate global and regional teams, partners, vendors, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee country readiness, data migration, testing, cutover, deployment, stabilisation, and operations handover.
• Balance global standardisation with local regulatory and business requirements.
• Provide executive reporting and timely escalation of critical decisions and risks.
• Drive change management, readiness, adoption, and benefits realization across the programme.

The purpose of this position is to lead and govern a complex, large-scale global ERP-class transformation, including the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central and rollout across more than 20 countries. The role is accountable for end-to-end delivery, robust programme governance, executive stakeholder alignment, and effective decision-making across the full transformation lifecycle.

You will bring a proactive, structured, and delivery-focused approach to leading a highly complex global transformation. You will confidently navigate a cross-functional and multi-country environment, align diverse and demanding stakeholders at senior executive level, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams and regions. A key expectation is to establish and embed governance practices that ensure transparency, accountability, timely escalation, and clear decision-making. Success in this role requires strong executive presence, resilience, sound judgement, and a proven ability to lead business-critical ERP programmes through ambiguity, competing priorities, and organisational change.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the global ERP transformation, from mobilisation and planning through migration, deployment, transition, and closure.
• Govern the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central and coordinate rollout across more than 20 countries.
• Establish and manage programme governance, including steering committees, reporting structures, decision protocols, quality controls, and escalation paths.
• Own and control programme scope, roadmap, milestones, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery quality.
• Engage, influence, and align senior executives, country leadership, Finance, Technology, Operations, and programme sponsors.
• Coordinate global and regional teams, implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional workstreams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Oversee country readiness, business process alignment, data migration, testing, cutover, deployment, stabilisation, and transition to operations.
• Balance global standardisation with justified local, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Provide clear executive reporting, evidence-based recommendations, and timely escalation of critical decisions and delivery risks.
• Drive change management, business readiness, stakeholder communication, adoption, and benefits realisation across the programme.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale IT transformation projects or programmes.
• Proven track record of delivering global ERP implementations, migrations, or major platform transformations in multinational organisations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or comparable ERP-class systems.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-country deployments, ideally across 20 or more countries.
• Extensive experience establishing and operating project or programme governance, including executive steering forums.
• Proven ability to influence, challenge, and align difficult stakeholders at senior executive level.
• Strong financial management knowledge and experience working with Finance-led business processes and business-critical systems.
• Experience managing system integrators, external vendors, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of risk, issue, dependency, quality, change, and benefits management.
• Project or programme management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP, is preferred.
