Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Gdynia, Poland, to lead transformation projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have PMI certification, strong experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and expertise in cybersecurity domains. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles and coordinating cross-functional teams. Senior Project Manager (Cloud & Cybersecurity)

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains
• Own full project lifecycle (scope, plan, budget, risks, stakeholders)
• Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches, depending on the project
• Apply structured Waterfall practices (clear phases, documentation, change control, governance)
• Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business and security
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements
• Provide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders

Requirements

• PMI certification (CAPM or preferably PMP)
• Strong experience delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Proven experience acting as a sole Project Manager on IT projects
• Experience in IT transformation and/or integration projects
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Solid understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains, including: Firewalls (FW) and proxy solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Database Activity Monitoring, Endpoint protection solutions, Security monitoring, Vulnerability management and security baselines, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network security and Azure cloud architecture
