Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join a financial services project in Poland. You will support planning, coordination, and delivery while working in a hybrid model with 3 office days per week across Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa and Łódź.

You will coordinate workstreams, engage with stakeholders, and help ensure timely delivery in a highly regulated environment. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum as Junior Project Manager or Project Coordinator in the financial industry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
• Proactive, self-driven and organized mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination and delivery of project activities.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and workstreams, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive decisions and alignment.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies, and proactively propose solutions.
• Coordinate communication between project stakeholders and maintain engagement across teams.

Project

You will be involved in a financial services project within a highly regulated environment. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will coordinate project activities, drive selected workstreams independently, facilitate collaboration across stakeholders, and help ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Junior Project Manager or Project Coordinator in the financial industry

• Proactive, self-driven and resilient mindset with strong organizational skills
