Job summary

Jit Team, based in Łódź, is seeking a skilled C/C++ developer to join an Agile Scrum team on a hybrid schedule from Łódź. You will design, develop, and maintain microservices, APIs, and calculation engines processing financial data for credit scoring solutions across European markets.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, perform unit and integration testing, and ensure code quality and performance while integrating with external credit authorities.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with C and C++.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of XML, mapping, and code flow analysis.
• Knowledge of unit, integration, and system testing.
• Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with Visual Studio.
• Experience in package building and executable (.exe) creation.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot.

Job description

Work model: hybrid from Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on developing and maintaining credit risk, credit scoring, and recommendation solutions used across multiple European markets. The platform supports critical decision-making processes within the banking and financial sector, ensuring compliance with local regulations and integrating with external credit authorities.

Working as part of an Agile Scrum team, you will design, develop, and maintain C/C++ microservices, APIs, and calculation engines that process complex business rules and financial data. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
