Job summary

Jit is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive transformation projects in Azure Cloud and cybersecurity, aligning isolated environments with group standards and governance. You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and balance Agile and Waterfall approaches in a hybrid setup across major Polish cities.

Qualifications

• PMI certification (CAPM or PMP preferred)
• Proven experience managing IT projects independently
• Strong experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall
• Experience in IT transformation and integration
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management
• Good understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains (IAM, Network Security, Endpoint Protection, DLP, Firewalls, Azure)

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and integration projects in Azure Cloud and Cybersecurity domains
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders
• Deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Cloud, and Business areas
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and governance requirements
• Provide project reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication

IT Project Manager (Cloud & Cybersecurity Transformation)

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

As a Project Manager, you will join a strategic transformation programme focused on aligning an isolated Azure-based environment with Group-wide standards, security policies and compliance requirements. You will independently manage projects related to Azure Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Proxy solutions, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through implementation.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Lead transformation and integration projects in Azure Cloud and Cybersecurity domains
• Manage end-to-end project delivery,including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders
• Deliver projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Expected competences and knowledge
