Hitachi Energy Krakow is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to support the delivery of innovative projects within the Power Electronics Program. You will coordinate activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams and laboratories, with a clear development path toward a Project Manager position.
You will organize planning, track schedules, milestones, risks, and actions; prepare documentation; and facilitate reviews.
As part of that journey, we are strengthening our R&D teams working with Power Electronics in our Krakow site. The Project Coordinator/Manager supports the delivery of innovative projects within the Power Electronics Program by coordinating activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role provides an excellent development path toward a Project Manager position, combining project coordination, stakeholder management, planning, and exposure to cutting‑edge power electronics technologies and R&D projects.
The position operates within a program environment that includes multiple engineering disciplines, laboratory activities, and strategic technology initiatives.
Reports to: Power Electronics Program Technology Manager.
Works closely with: Project Managers, Technical Leads, Team Leaders, Laboratory Coordinators, Engineering Teams, Supply Chain Management, Legal, and Business Stakeholders
Support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Power Electronics Program.
Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
Coordinate project activities across engineering teams, laboratories, and stakeholders.
Assist project leaders in ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
Prepare project documentation and maintain project records.
Organize project meetings, workshops, and technical reviews.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, engineering, or R&D environments.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Experience working in R&D, power electronics, energy, automotive, industrial, or technology environments
