Hitachi Energy Poland SP. Z O.O. in Krakow is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to support the Power Electronics Program, coordinating activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams and laboratories.

The role provides a clear development path toward a Project Manager, blending project coordination with planning and stakeholder management. You will gain exposure to advanced power electronics technologies within a dynamic program environment, reporting to the Power Electronics Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, engineering, or R&D environments.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Power Electronics Program.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering teams, laboratories, and stakeholders.
• Assist project leaders in ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Prepare project documentation and maintain project records.
• Organize project meetings, workshops, and technical reviews.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders
