Job summary

You will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence—managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring the timely execution of production plans while delivering high-quality products. Strong Lean Manufacturing experience and cross-functional collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Strong sense of accountability for team results.
• Experience in production process optimization with Lean tools.
• Experience in managing production teams in manufacturing.
• Good English and Polish.
• MS Office proficiency; AutoCAD and SAP are advantages.
