Job Description: The opportunity As a PMO, you will establish and maintain project management standards, governance, reporting, and portfolio oversight across the organization. The role ensures projects are delivered consistently, aligned with business objectives, and completed within agreed scope, budget, and timelines. You will also drive best practices, support decision-making through effective reporting, and promote continuous improvement across the project portfolio.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational, planning, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
