Job summary

Spyrosoft Ltd is seeking a Program Manager to lead software delivery programs and grow our client portfolio within the HMI & Consumer Electronics business unit.

The ideal candidate combines an engineering background with program leadership and commercial experience. You should be comfortable discussing technical solutions, building relationships with senior client stakeholders and translating business needs into new opportunities for cooperation.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of IT experience with 4 years managing programs or large client accounts in software services.
• Engineering background in software development or systems design.
• Experience leading embedded or cloud software programs.
• Experience owning program or account P&L including revenue, costs, margins and forecasts.
• Proven track record of leading proposals and converting client needs into new projects or expanded engagements.
• Understanding of Time & Material, Fixed Price, capacity-based and Build-Operate-Transfer models.
• Experience building relationships with senior client stakeholders and contributing to account growth.
• Confidence presenting technical and commercial proposals to senior management and leading discussions about delivery, value and investment.
• English skills at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead software delivery programs and grow the client portfolio within the HMI & Consumer Electronics unit.
• Collaborate with Account Manager and BU Director to expand existing accounts and develop new engagements.
• Own program delivery and financial performance, presenting delivery status and value to stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into new opportunities and proposals for client growth.

You will take responsibility for program delivery and financial performance, while working closely with the Account Manager and Business Unit Director to expand existing accounts and develop new client relationships.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in IT, including 4 years managing programs or large client accounts in software services
• A practical engineering background in software development or systems design, with the ability to assess technical proposals and constructively challenge assumptions and estimates
• Experience leading embedded or cloud software programs
• Experience owning program or account P&L, including revenue, costs, margins and financial forecasts
• A proven track record of leading successful proposals and converting client needs into new projects or expanded engagements
• A solid understanding of Time & Material, Fixed Price, capacity-based and Build-Operate-Transfer commercial models
• Experience building relationships with senior client stakeholders and contributing to account growth
• Confidence in presenting technical and commercial proposals to senior management and leading discussions about delivery, value and investment
• English skills at C1 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience with embedded or HMI projects for consumer devices, automotive, industrial or medical applications
• Familiarity with cloud architecture, AWS, Azure, IoT or device-to-cloud connectivity
• Experience running a Build-Operate-Transfer program or a dedicated development centre
• Experience in presales, solution consulting or new client acquisition
• German language skills
