Job summary

Spyrosoft is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer in Poland to join a team responsible for HR-focused business applications. You will primarily develop desktop applications on the .NET platform (WinForms/WPF) using C# and SQL Server, with some contributions to web interfaces using JavaScript and React as needed.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and engineers in an Agile environment, write clean code, and help modernize legacy systems and migrate toward web-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus.
• 4-5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET platform (.NET 4, .NET Framework, .NET Core).
• Experience in developing and maintaining desktop applications (WinForms and/or WPF).
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Experience working with React or another modern front-end framework.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud solutions.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level
• Polish proficiency at a minimum B2 level

Responsibilities

Project description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about Microsoft technologies and relational SQL databases. You will join a team responsible for developing and maintaining business applications that support HR processes for a leading provider of ERP and HR solutions in the Polish market.

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for the development, maintenance, and modernization of desktop applications built on the .NET platform (WinForms/WPF). As our product evolves, you may also contribute to web-based interfaces using JavaScript and React, though this is expected to represent a smaller part of the role, at least in the near term. You will also leverage your SQL expertise to design, optimize, and maintain data models and database queries.
