Haoxin Group EMEA is seeking an experienced Program Engineer to operate at the intersection of engineering, sales, and program execution in the global automotive industry. The role covers pre-acquisition technical sales activities and post-acquisition program management from kickoff to mass production, coordinating engineering, quality, manufacturing, and tooling teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive components or related fields, proficiency in APQP/PPAP/FMEA and IATF 16949,

Qualificações

• 5+ years in automotive components, program management, or technical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA & IATF 16949.
• Experience with casting, machining, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Professional English communication capability.
• International customer/program experience preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

We’re looking for an experienced Program Engineer who can operate at the intersection of engineering, sales, and program execution in the global automotive industry.

This is a dual-function role:

PRE-ACQUISITION | TECHNICAL SALES

Partner with our commercial teams and customers to understand technical requirements, support technical discussions and solution development, evaluate feasibility, and help convert opportunities into awarded business.

POST-ACQUISITION | PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Take ownership of awarded programs from kick-off through development, prototype, APQP/PPAP, validation, industrialization, launch, and mass production — coordinating customers and internal engineering, quality, manufacturing, and tooling teams.

We’re looking for:

• 5+ years in automotive components, program management, or technical engineering
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA & IATF 16949
• Experience with casting, machining, and manufacturing processes
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional leadership skills
• Professional English communication capability
• International customer/program experience preferred
• PMP certification is a plus
