Job summary

Veritas is seeking a Quality Engineer in Poland to define client quality requirements and support cross-functional teams in implementing new products and changes. The role involves supervising quality documentation and participating in audits across locations in Europe.

Candidates should have automotive quality experience, knowledge of APQP/PPAP and root-cause analysis, and good English. German is a plus; reading technical drawings is essential. Great career growth and benefits offered.

Job description

What will you be responsible for when you start working with us:

• Defining the client's quality requirements for a given project;
• Interdisciplinary cooperation in the implementation of new products and technological changes;
• Implementing new projects, engineering changes in the area of quality;
• Quality documentation supervision during implementation,
• Supporting FMEA analysis, creation of control plans;
• Employee training on quality requirements;
• Quality support for the production process and creation of quality standards for production areas.;
• Customer Complaint Handling: Internal process coordination, 8D reporting;
• Implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
• Oversight of the PPAP/PPA process;
• Participation in internal and external audits.

If the following requirements are also your strengths:

• Higher technical education;
• 2 years of work in the Quality Department in the automotive industry;
• Knowledge of quality-related issues (including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, problem solving, 8D);
• Communicative knowledge of the English language (necessary condition);
• Ability to read technical drawings;
• Teamwork orientation and achievement of set goals;
• Practical knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards;
• U planning and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of OEM customer requirements (GM, Ford, VW, Mercedes) is welcome;
• Knowledge of the German language is a plus.
