Job summary

Program Financial Controller to act as the finance partner within automotive program teams from RFQ through Start of Production. Drive program profitability, analyze margins, and coordinate with engineering, operations, purchasing and plant teams.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Finance or Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in automotive or aerospace, advanced Excel, English fluency. SAP costing experience is an advantage; ability to explain technical decisions in financial terms.

Are you a finance professional who wants to understand how a product is designed, sourced, manufactured, and turned into a profitable automotive business?

We are looking for a Program Financial Controller to act as the finance business partner within our automotive program teams, from RFQ through Start of Production.

Your role

• Partner with program managers to drive program profitability overtime.
• Analyze product margins and their operational drivers, including:
  • Product design and specifications
  • Bills of material and production routings
  • Cycle times, labor, scrap, and hourly rates
  • Purchasing prices, volumes, tooling, and capital expenditure
  • Customer price breakdowns
• Challenge action plans and track profitability roadmaps.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, purchasing, sales, commercial finance, and plant teams.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or Industrial Engineering.
• At least five years of experience in automotive or aerospace, always with a strong industrial exposure.
• Example: product cost estimators, plant cost accountants, and industrial process engineers ready to move into a finance-oriented role.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP costing experience is an advantage, AI
• Fluent English, both written and spoke
