Job summary
Haoxin Group EMEA is seeking an experienced Program Engineer to operate at the intersection of engineering, sales, and program execution in the global automotive industry. The role covers pre-acquisition technical sales activities and post-acquisition program management from kickoff to mass production, coordinating engineering, quality, manufacturing, and tooling teams.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive components or related fields, proficiency in APQP/PPAP/FMEA and IATF 16949,
Qualifications
- 5+ years in automotive components, program management, or technical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA & IATF 16949.
- Experience with casting, machining, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong customer-facing and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Professional English communication capability.
- International customer/program experience preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Pre-acquisition: support technical discussions and solution development with customers.
- Post-acquisition: manage programs from kickoff to mass production with cross-functional teams.
