Responsibilities:

• Validate PPAP documentation, samples, and project quality milestones.
• Project Buyer and Team Leader mentoring other buyers within the team.
• Lead the purchasing project activities and prepare the GRs according to targets.
• Represent local team as Lead Buyer in global development programs.
• Develop formal written program strategies and support tool development and deployment.
• Lead sourcing deployment & QCD in line with purchasing and Customer Center strategy.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings (internal and external).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Project Purchasing, Commodity Purchasing or a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Leadership experience, preferable in automotive industry.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, supplier audits, and quality tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
