Job summary

Harvey Nash Poland is seeking a Program Analyst – Leadership Development to support enterprise-wide leadership programs within a global Learning & Development team. You will assist with end-to-end execution, administration, and continuous improvement of leadership initiatives in a dynamic, international setting.

The role requires 2–5 years in L&D/HR, hands-on LMS experience, and strong MS Office skills. You will collaborate with Program Managers and stakeholders while maintaining program

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Management, Project Coordination or related area.
• Hands-on experience with an LMS.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Excel formulas, pivot tables and charts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Experience with MS Teams, Zoom and project tracking tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update program materials, presentations, digital resources, and facilitator guides.
• Support learning programs within the LMS, including registrations, completions, course administration, and user access.
• Collect and organize participant feedback and survey results.
• Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and data summaries in Excel for program evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal faculty and external speakers, scheduling prep sessions and materials.
• Prepare participant communications such as invitations, reminders, and post-program resources.
• Support vendor administration, including invoices, purchase orders, onboarding and expense tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, action items and timelines to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and internal stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.

We are looking for a Program Analyst – Leadership Development to join a global Learning & Development team supporting enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives.
