A leading motorcycle manufacturer in Warsaw is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee sales department logistics and coordinate product flow among dealers. Ideal candidates will have 4-5 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel skills, and good knowledge of English. Competenze

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in logistics, distribution sales, or customer support.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
• Ability to maintain relationships with dealers.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with dealers and sales teams.

Mansioni

• Responsible for logistics activities in the Polish market.
• Coordinate product flow among dealers.
• Provide logistical support to local dealers.
• Provide logistics and reporting support to dealers and reps.
• Maintain delivery calendars and dealer availability; update daily.
• Set up system codes/prices/margins/discounts/payment terms.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, and issue sales documents; feed logistics improvements.
• Monitor dealer stock and bonus systems monthly; control inventory at dealership/country levels.
• Maintain product reservation system for dealers daily.
• Prepare and analyze dealer sales data monthly by product group.

• Logistics Coordinator - Motorcyles (Warsaw)

Our client is a top global motorcycle manufacturer. Due to continued development of the sales office in Warsaw, we are now looking for an experienced professional for the role of:

Place of work: Warsaw, (50 % office, 50 % home office)

Responsibilities

• responsibility for the Sales Department logistic activities on the PL market
• coordinating product flow (vehicles), dealer stock and department support of vehicle sales activities
• coordinating the proper product transfer among local dealer network in Poland
• providing logistic and report support for the local dealers staff and representatives
• maintaining calendar of deliveries and availabilities both for the dealers and product departments - updating them on daily basis
• setting up correct system codes/prices/margins/discount/payment terms
• coordinating product transfers. Confirming dealer orders and controlling the stage of delivery. Issuing sales documents. Receiving inputs from dealers and using them as a base for logistic process improvement.
• monitoring dealer stock and bonus system on monthly basis
• inventory control maintenance at the dealership and country levels
• maintaining product reservation system for dealers on daily basis
• compiling and analyzing dealer sales results on monthly basis per product groups – monthly sales rankings (Excel)
• cooperation with the European head office

Requirements

• minimum 4-5 years’ experience on a similar position (logistics, delivery, distribution sales, customer support)
• knowledge in the field of automotive and motorcycle industry will be a big plus but is not a must, we are open for competent candidates from any sector
• Excel on advanced level – a must
• good knowledge of English – written and spoken (cooperation with European headquarter on daily basis)
• ability to build and maintain effective and easy-going relationships with dealers and company sales team
• very good self-organization
• open personality
