Job summary

Nordea, a leading Nordic bank, is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Specialist to own the production health of Credit APIs and microservices. You will investigate incidents, resolve root causes, and ensure stability across production environments, collaborating with multinational teams in the Nordics, Poland and India.

You will monitor service health, manage deployments through CI/CD, and contribute to improved observability and runbooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Operations or 2nd line support/DevOps.
• Proven end-to-end incident ownership—from alert to RCA and prevention.
• 2+ years in ITIL framework (incident, problem, change).
• Strong Agile experience with development teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the RCA process for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor service health and detect anomalies to prevent incidents.
• Oversee release deployments via CI/CD pipelines and coordinate rollbacks when needed.
• Ensure stability of Pre-Production and Production environments day-to-day.
• Document operational procedures and known issues to build a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with development and platform teams to align prod and dev feedback.
