Job summary

Nordea in Poland is seeking a 2nd Line Support Specialist (IT Analyst) to secure IT operations, analyze incidents, and improve monitoring and automation. You will work with monitoring tools, enhance problem-solving workflows, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

The role requires 2+ years in IT, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in Python and/or Java, with ITIL and CI/CD knowledge. Collaboration with a 35-person team across multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of commercial IT experience.
• Strong SQL skills and data inquiry abilities.
• Programming skills in Python and/or Java.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Grafana, Splunk or AppDynamics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, reproduce, and resolve incidents.
• Work with problem tickets and post-mortems.
• Develop and improve monitoring and tooling.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and create solutions.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Ensure smooth IT operations supporting Nordea customers.
