Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Senior Engineer to support Group Technology in Warsaw. You will help rollout Agentic AI, refactor legacy code, and build end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across development teams.

The role emphasizes DevOps, automation, and collaboration within a hybrid work model at a leading Nordic bank, offering opportunities to grow expertise in cloud, containerized environments, and secure software delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with Spring (boot), NodeJS / Java Development.
• Strong Linux and Windows system administration, with virtual/cloud/containerized environments.
• CI/CD experience with Tekton, ArgoCD, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, in cooperation with Git/Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the Agentic AI rollout to refactor legacy code for current platforms.
• Build CI/CD systems to support end-to-end development pipelines.
• Collaborate to deliver high-quality software while reducing legacy complexity.
• Develop DevOps culture within Service Domains to enable independence.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize the Agentic AI solution and provide feedback for improvements.
