Job summary

Nordea seeks an Expert IT Analyst to join the Capital Management Requirements & Analysis team to re-engineer IT landscape for capital reporting. You will lead requirements across stakeholders and ensure traceability throughout the software delivery value stream.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT projects, 5+ years as IT Business Analyst in banking, deep knowledge of COREP, AnaCredit, Pillar III, and strong data analysis with SQL, Python and Power BI. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Solid background from banking industry with regulatory reporting knowledge (COREP, AnaCredit, Pillar III).
• Experience as IT Business Analyst in banking with multi-stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams.
• 10+ years in IT projects; 5+ years as IT Business Analyst; interest in AI analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Take lead and drive requirements and analysis across stakeholders to design value-adding solutions.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements using established frameworks.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout end-to-end software delivery.
• Document requirements and provide know-how across the delivery value stream.
• Build understanding of business processes and align with technical solutions; prioritize backlog.
• Provide technical counselling on data architecture across the end-to-end stack.
• Share knowledge across units and borders to strengthen competencies.
• Interest in AI-enabled analytics, automation and improvements.
