Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA in Poland is seeking a 2nd Line Support Specialist (IT Analyst) for the Deposits Application Maintenance team to secure uninterrupted services for Nordea customers.

You will analyze incidents, improve monitoring and tooling, and drive automation, including AI-driven solutions, while contributing to the knowledge base. Strong English, 2+ years IT experience, and SQL/Python/Java are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of commercial experience in the IT industry (maintenance or development).
• Good command of SQL.
• Programming skills: Python and/or Java.
• Knowledge of ITIL and CI/CD.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
