Job summary

Pollmeier Massivholz GmbH & Co.KG is seeking a Production Planner (m/f/d) in Poznań, Poland to ensure efficient production processes and on-time deliveries. You will optimize capacity, review orders, and contribute ideas to continuously improve operations.

You will work with SAP for inventory and master data, leveraging your numerical and organizational strengths while collaborating with a regional team. A dynamic, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and control in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a structured approach.
• Business-level English; German language skills are a plus.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the production process based on economic considerations.
• Review and ensure deliverability of incoming customer orders by the delivery date.
• Monitor and optimize capacity utilization considering all resources.
• Analyze production progress and initiate adjustments when deviations occur.
• Conduct process analyses and develop concepts to increase efficiency with leadership.
• Oversee inventory management and master data in SAP.

As a Production Planner (m/f/d) at Pollmeier, you’ll ensure that processes run efficiently, deadlines are met, and capacities are utilized optimally. At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, further develop processes, and take on responsibility for inventory management.

What you will be responsible for

• You will plan and manage our production process based on economic considerations
• You will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the deliverability of incoming customer orders by the agreed-upon delivery date
• You monitor and optimize capacity utilization, taking all available resources into account
• You continuously analyze production progress to identify deviations from the plan (plan-actual analysis) and initiate necessary adjustments
• Through systematic process analyses and active controlling, you will identify opportunities for optimization and develop concepts to increase efficiency in coordination with team leadership
• You are responsible for inventory management and master data management in SAP

What we are looking for

• Business or technical education, ideally supplemented by advanced qualifications
• Work experience in production planning and control, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Strong planning and organizational skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working
• Business-level proficiency in English, good German skills are considered a plus
• Experience working with SAP is a plus
• A passion for working with numbers, a strong grasp of numerical concepts, and a keen interest in business management round out the profile
