Its Polish manufacturing facility has a well-established position and a strong track record, employs 20-60 employees (depending on the seasonal demand) and is constantly growing.

Job Description

• Management and continuous development of the entire production operation
• Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the facility in Poland (ensuring production efficiency, safety and product quality) and team numbering less than 50 employees
• Reporting to the COO located in the HQ
• Budget planning, forecasting, and cost control
• Analysis of production data, derivation of improvement measures
• Further development of the site within an international corporate group
• Close coordination with sales / key account management
• Strengthening and expanding the site's competitiveness
• Capacity and resource planning
• Development and application of innovative concepts in order to maximise the profitability of current services and revenue

The Successful Applicant

• Higher technical education
• Several years of experience gained at a similar position, preferably in similar industry
• Fluency in Polish and English or German
• Solid business administration knowledge (P&L etc.)
• Very good command of MS Office, ERP systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
• Hands-on approach
