Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a dedicated professional to support clients in fund accounting and software facilities. You will diagnose issues, provide SME guidance, and collaborate with global teams to ensure high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Experience in investment management or fund accounting is preferred.
• Good communication and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for financial software to external clients and internal teams.
• Develop understanding of client operations to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Act as SME in the accounting module, performing advanced troubleshooting.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive problem management to prevent recurring issues.
• Collaborate with global Product Support teams across regions and time zones.
• Support incident management and contribute to service restoration.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and create documentation to improve client and team expertise.

What will your tasks involve?

• Provide expert support for financial software to external clients and internal teams, ensuring service levels and client expectations are consistently met.
• Develop a deep understanding of client operations, business processes, and operational workflows to effectively diagnose and resolve issues.
• Act as a subject matter expert in accouting module in the software, performing advanced troubleshooting and issue analysis.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive problem management activities to prevent recurring issues.
• Collaborate with global Product Support teams to deliver seamless support across regions and time zones.
• Support critical incident management processes and contribute to service restoration efforts.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and create documentation to improve client and team expertise.

What we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in investment management, fund accounting, financial services, or a related industry. (3–7 years preffered)
• Basic SQL is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues
• Previous system testing experience is nice to have
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
