Job summary

Randstad Polska is seeking a Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting II to join the Fund Accounting Team. You will help prepare NAVs for all funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining established procedures.

You will supervise NAV activities, respond to audit queries, and address client requests within the agreed timetable. A hybrid work model (4 days in the office) and medical/insurance benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Very good English language skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel).
• Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills.
• Sense of responsibility, timeliness and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure NAVs are calculated accurately and timely.
• Supervise NAV preparation across funds with accuracy.
• Ensure daily procedures and controls are followed by staff.
• Report significant operational issues to a manager.

Job description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting II to join our clients Fund Accounting Team. The area of business focuses on preparing and calculating accurate Net Asset Values (NAVs) across all funds in accordance with the companys standard operating procedures, providing services to all clients and ensuring that client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timetable.

What will your tasks involve?

• Ensuring that NAVs (Net Asset Value) are calculated accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervising the preparation and calculation of NAVs across all funds with zero error tolerance
• Ensuring that standard procedures and controls are adhered to on a daily basis by all staff under supervision
• Reporting any significant operational issues to a manager
• Ensuring that client concerns and requests are addressed on time
• Ensuring that audit queries are accurately and fully responded to
