Job summary

LAPP Group in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to steer a multi‑discipline agile team. You will own the product vision, drive the roadmap, and coordinate with business units, IT and process owners to deliver value across regions.

Qualifications

• Five years+ as a product owner in scaled agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and backlog prioritization experience.
• Experience building agile product teams and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Backlog prioritization based on stakeholder requirements.
• Record requirements from business departments.
• Coordinate with business, process owners and IT teams.
• Participate in Scrum events (daily, planning, review, retro).
• Organize user acceptance tests and integrate feedback.
• Plan and track development team budget.

Your Tasks

• Backlog management: Prioritization of the product backlog based on the requirements of all stakeholders.
• Requirements management: Recording requirements from the relevant business departments
• Stakeholder management: Communication and close coordination with business departments, process owners, and IT teams
• Agile collaboration: Participation in Scrum events (daily, planning, review, retro)
• Quality Assurance: Organize user acceptance tests and integrate feedback.
• Planning and tracking the budget of your development team.
• Defines and owns the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities for the assigned business domain.
• Balances business value, technical feasibility, risks, and operational requirements.
• Manages stakeholder alignment across business functions, regions, and IT organizations.
• Contributes to budget planning and investment decisions related to the product domain.
• Ensures realization of business outcomes and value targets.

Your Skills

• At least five years of experience as a product owner in a scaled agile environment.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management and task prioritization, as well as backlog maintenance
• Experience in building agile product teams
• Experience in leading highly qualified, cross‑functional teams
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SAP environment is an advantage
