Job summary

LAPP is seeking a dedicated Order Management & Sales Operations professional in Wroclaw. You will accurately process customer orders, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related queries while supporting process improvements.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales support, strong English skills (B2+), and proficiency in SAP SD and MS Office. Hybrid work model and broad benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Higher education preferred in Business Administration, Sales or related fields.
• Min 1–2 years of work experience in sales support (order management), customer service & administration.
• Good English skills (verbal and written – min B2).
• Process transition and optimization skills preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD system.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Willingness to develop and good communication skills.

• Be responsible for output quality in the designated area.
• Utilize IT tools to maximize process efficiency.
• Support Junior Specialists on-the-job with guidance and training.
• Participate in knowledge transfer projects and deployment of new technology.
• Initiate and support process improvement initiatives in order-to-cash procedures.
• Assist in preparing policies and procedures for order-to-cash compliance.

The employee is expected in the position to support the processes in the area of order management and sales operations.

Your Tasks

• Accurately, complete and timely process customer orders into the company's IT systems.
• Ensure all order details, pricing, customer information and other pieces of information are entered correctly.
• Effective collaborate and communicate with external customers and internal teams (e.g. sales excellence, local / inside sales, customer support and other) to clarify any order-related queries.
• Address and resolve order-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Responsible for output quality of dedicated field of work (for specific country and/or process activities).
• Effective and compliant untilization of available IT tools and technology in order to maximize the process efficiency.
• Supporting the team of Junior Specialists on-the-job including providing guidance and training to the staff.
• Participation in the projects related to knowledge transfer and deployment of new technology.
• Initiation and support to process improvement initiatives to streamline order to cash procedures and increase efficiency.
• Support in prepartion of policies and procedures related to the order-to-cash (sales) process to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  

Your Skills

• Higher education preferred in the field of study: Business Administration, Sales or related faculties.
• Min. 1-2 years of work experience in the field of sales support (order management), customer service & administration.
• Good English skills (verbal and written – min B2 or higher), other European language skills as optional.
• Process transition & optimization skills preferred.
• Skilled in MS Office package (Excel, Power Point).
• Good knowledge of SAP SD system
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analytical skills.
• Willingness to develop/improve and good communication skills.
• Team player able to work in a cross cultural environment.
• Attention to details & focus on Customer satisfaction.
