The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering business and IT transformation initiatives (projects and programs), with a strong focus on ERP-related projects and programs. The role requires extensive project management expertise, the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, and a proven track record in delivering SAP-based initiatives. Experience in non-SAP business application projects is also highly valued to ensure flexibility across diverse technology environments.
The successful candidate combines strong business acumen with relevant IT expertise and acts as a trusted partner for business and technology stakeholders. In this role, the person is responsible for defining project and program strategies, managing budgets and resources, mitigating risks, ensuring successful execution, and driving sustainable business value realization.
The role requires excellent stakeholder management, professional relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate effectively in both classic and agile delivery environments.
