Job summary

Workai is seeking a Product Owner to shape the future of our Intranet SaaS platform. You will own the roadmap, translate business needs into clear requirements, and work closely with development, UX/UI, QA, and stakeholders to deliver valuable features for thousands of employees.

We value Agile/Scrum practitioners with at least 3 years of PO experience in SaaS, and fluency in English and Polish. Hybrid or on-site work at our Białystok office is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar SaaS role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with digital workplace products (intranet, LMS, community).
• Good understanding of UX/UI and SaaS product development lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the roadmap for the WORKAI platform (intranet, learning, community, workplace).
• Analyze market, competition, and user needs to guide product development.
• Define user stories and manage the product backlog.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with development, UX/UI, QA, customers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate product releases and communicate updates.
• Prepare documentation, concepts, and tasks for implementation.
• Use user feedback and data to improve product functionality and experience.

Product Owner (Intranet SaaS)

We are looking for a Product Owner to help shape the future of our platform.

As a Product Owner, you’ll work closely with development, UX, and QA teams, with full access to the people and resources you need to make smart decisions and turn ideas into real impact.

Responsibilities

• creating and managing the roadmap for the WORKAI® platform (intranet, learning, community, workplace),

• defining user stories and managing the product backlog,
