Job summary

Transition Technologies PSC in Warsaw is looking for a Product Owner/Business Analyst to translate needs into clear requirements and drive value through the backlog. You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and help shape the roadmap for upcoming releases, with a hybrid work model and three days per week in our Warsaw office.

Applicants bring at least 3 years in product development, Agile/Scrum experience, Jira knowledge, and a data-driven mindset to measure

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Product Owner, Proxy PO, or Business Analyst roles involving product development and IT collaboration.
• Practical experience in backlog management, prioritization, and creating User Stories and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, align requirements, and collaborate with different stakeholder groups.
• Ability to make decisions based on business value, data, and delivery constraints.
• Understanding of IT systems, integrations, and APIs, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams.
• Practical experience with backlogs and tracking progress in Jira.
• Understanding of AI and automation applications in business processes.
• An Agile/Scrum certification demonstrating product management competencies or experience in Agile environments.
• English and Polish proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week from our Warsaw office.

• Experience collaborating with UX teams, designing user journeys, and evaluating product experiment results.

• Knowledge of the principles of responsible and safe AI use.
