Job summary

DEVVISION is seeking a Product Manager to own AI-assisted risk assessment and review workflows for a B2B SaaS product. You’ll transform complex classification results and policies into trustworthy product experiences, enabling users to understand flags, decide actions, and proceed confidently.

You will own the lifecycle from discovery to delivery, collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Legal, and customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management or equivalent technical product ownership experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning a product or substantial product area from discovery through launch and subsequent improvements.
• Strong product judgement: assess usability and AI features for customer value.
• Practical understanding of AI classification: inference, thresholds, false positives/negatives, human review.
• Turn ambiguous business or regulatory requirements into clear specs.
• Technical fluency with API contracts, webhooks, data models, and RBAC to work with engineers.
• Strong written communication and collaboration with international stakeholders in English.
• Independent, collaborative approach with responsibility for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for review and decision workflows: discovery, prioritisation, requirements, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
• Design how AI-generated signals reach users, including categories, severity, confidence thresholds, review states, and explanations.
• Balance automation with human oversight, making decisions understandable, traceable, and auditable.
• Work with Data Science on classification quality, false positives/negatives, and effective human review.
• Translate complex policy, privacy, licensing, and regulatory requirements into practical product behaviour.
• Define requirements for APIs, webhooks, data models, and access permissions with engineering teams.
• Improve workflow efficiency and decision quality, using customer feedback and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams on positioning, packaging, and enablement.
• Communicate clearly across distributed teams, primarily asynchronously, with occasional calls across time zones.
