CreatorIQ Limited is seeking a Product Manager, Safety & Compliance to own the in‑app brand safety review workflow end‑to‑end, working with data science on AI classification and aligning with FTC, GDPR, and licensing requirements. You will collaborate with Legal, Trust & Safety and global teams to remain ahead of regulatory changes while delivering effective, user‑friendly workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to turn regulatory/licensing requirements into clear workflows.
• Ability to specify API contracts and webhooks for engineers.
• Understand AI classification pipelines: inference, thresholds, false positives.
• Independent, critical thinker who questions assumptions and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own the in-app brand safety review workflow end-to-end, shortening the path from AI flag to human decision.
• Define how AI classification surfaces to users: severity, categories, thresholds, review states, false positives.
• Ensure compliance beyond content risk: sponsorship disclosures, music licensing, age rules, GDPR/privacy.
• Specify API contracts, webhooks, and data models with engineering for integrable signals.
• Collaborate with GTM on positioning, packaging, enablement to align with product and regulatory requirements.
• Work with legal and regional stakeholders to stay ahead of regulatory changes without blocking workflows.
