Job summary

Nord Security is building a leading identity protection platform. We are seeking a senior Product Designer Leader to guide and inspire a team, while staying hands-on in wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity work across iOS, Android, and web.

You will partner with Product and Engineering, shape design strategy, and ensure a user-centric, cross-platform experience. Join Nord Security’s Coveron team and help define the design voice, mentor designers, review work, and stay ahead of industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio focused on app design across iOS, Android, and web.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to bridge design and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive design initiatives.
• Set design strategy and ensure user-centric, cross-platform experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end design process from concept to implementation.
• Conduct regular design reviews and mentor the team.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
• Translate business goals and user needs into actionable design strategies.
• Foster positive team culture with strong people management.
