Job summary

Voluum in Kraków, Poland seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs with data-driven solutions, owning complex BI initiatives end-to-end. You will design reports, manage CRM configurations, and build automation using Power BI, SQL, Python and APIs.

You\'ll collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations, promote data quality, and explore AI-powered improvements to workflows. Fluent English required; hybrid work option available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/BI Analyst/Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL and Power BI skills with KPI design.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate end-to-end BI solutions with stakeholders.
• Own high-impact initiatives from discovery to rollout across teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with Power BI and SQL.
• Manage CRM setup, data quality, and workflows for Sales/Operations/CS.
