Job summary

Voluum, a leading SaaS platform for performance marketing analytics, is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for our complex B2B platform in Kraków, Poland. You will translate complex data-heavy workflows into clear experiences and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery to release.

You will contribute to the design system, run user research, and advocate for user-centric, scalable design decisions in a fast-moving product environment. Portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Experienced as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer for digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design from research to shipped features.
• Experience designing B2B SaaS or complex web apps.
• Proven ability to work with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or workflows.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design and usability.
• Strong visual/UI skills with attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with engineers (handoff, constraints, trade-offs).
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma).
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for assigned product areas—from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from problem definition to release.
• Translate complex workflows and data-heavy concepts into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Create and iterate on wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system (components, patterns, UX principles).
• Run or support user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
• Advocate for user-centric, outcome-focused design decisions.
• Ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with product strategy.
• Maintain high design quality in a fast-moving product environment.
