Job summary

Shape Construction is building a groundbreaking construction management SaaS platform. You will own a core product area end to end, solving real-world problems on live projects, bridging field operations and office decisions, and shaping how AI adds value without compromising reliability.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and consultancy teams, with the aim of delivering measurable business impact and strong user adoption across the construction

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS products end to end.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI and LLM-based features.
• Ability to design for diverse users including field and director roles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product area end to end: problem, strategy, roadmap and outcomes.
• Work on live projects with consultancy teams to understand real-world workflows.
• Ship AI features that balance usefulness with accuracy and governance.
• Prioritize ruthlessly, communicate trade-offs clearly to engineers and leaders.
• Grow the product function through coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
